Strategic Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Specialist to spearhead our efforts in targeting and acquiring institutional partners in the USA and Canada.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the education sector, close high-value deals, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships that will support our scaling efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure partnerships with colleges and universities in the USA and Canada, aligning our platform with their academic and administrative needs.
  • Develop tailored strategies for engaging with institutional clients, creating proposals, and presenting our value proposition to academic decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to the partnerships team for onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities, ensuring a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
