IT Support Professional Role

This is a unique opportunity for an IT support specialist to join our organization's global IT team.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure employees have seamless access to technical support and resources.

This position focuses on providing timely and effective resolution for customers' computer and application issues, overseeing IT operations, and contributing to enterprise system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support to employees.
  • Manage the IT ticket queue efficiently, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and resolved within established SLAs.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation configuration, hardware provisioning, and system access.
  • Occasionally travel to oversee the shipping and receiving of hardware, maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal asset management procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and enhance vendor payment processes.
  • Adhere to and enforce internal policies for patch management and other critical IT procedures.
  • Work closely with the global IT team to resolve complex issues and contribute to strategic projects.
