Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Virtual Assistant with a background in real estate to provide critical support and communication services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and can manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Offer back-office administrative support and project coordination
  • Manage and respond to emails and client communications professionally
  • Handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking
  • Coordinate tasks between the team and external partners
  • Support lead generation and appointment setting as needed
  • Contribute to marketing efforts such as email campaigns or social media posts

About the Role

The successful candidate will be familiar with the real estate industry, understand terminology, timelines, and client expectations. They should be proficient with CRMs, self-starters with high initiative, organized and detail-oriented, flexible and growth-oriented.
