Remote Virtual Assistant Opportunity

Support a top-producing realtor in their daily operations, managing social media and marketing efforts.   • Manage 1,900+ leads by organizing and updating contact data, using skiptrace and validation tools as needed.
  • Nurture leads through SMS, email, and follow-up communications.
  • Prepare and send daily end-of-day reports to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a realtor, preferably with Keller Williams. They should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a strong understanding of social media and CRM tools. Comfortable working EST hours is essential for this remote position.
