This role involves analyzing customer satisfaction data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer feedback to determine areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and distribute regular performance reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Identify emerging trends impacting customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for customer satisfaction issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, survey tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
