Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers across various marketplaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues through timely responses to emails, calls, voicemails, and live chat. You will also perform special projects designated by your Team Manager.

Duties
  • Provide customer service for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and monitor their performance on Amazon.
  • Represent the brands assigned to you and familiarize yourself with each brand's online selling policies.
  • Ensure assigned brands achieve excellent performance ratings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Address customer queries related to orders processed through Amazon, our website, and physical stores by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Provide customers with shipment status updates.
  • Confirm, cancel, and process refunds for orders as needed.
  • Send notifications for order delays.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to investigate lost packages and defective product claims.
  • Build customer trust and earn positive feedback.
  • Update internal tools, such as spreadsheets.
  • Support the growth of our business by maintaining excellent metrics on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and act as the point of contact in their absence or when needed.
Requirements
  • Confident in speaking American English and proficient in writing emails.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and internet navigation.
  • Good attendance record in previous employment.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond in supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.
  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized individual.
  • Able to work night shifts and flexible schedules, including weekends.
