
Customer Experience Liaison

The Coordinator, Customer Experience is the front-line point of contact for customers requiring quotes, orders, and follow-up on existing orders. The role provides exceptional support by researching issues and offering the best possible solutions. This involves coordinating with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Present ideas and solutions to enhance performance, domain processes, and company policies.
- Participate in team and company activities, including townhalls, team huddles, and updates.
- Interact with teammates and share inputs in creative problem-solving projects and action plans.
- Respond and resolve customer queries through tickets and phone calls.
- Research information and resolution for customer issues and inquiries.
- Process quotes and orders for customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Communicate and recommend observable patterns, customer behaviors, pain points, and bottlenecks to Team Lead.
- Bachelor's Degree required for this position.
- Three years' experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry.
- Three years' experience handling customers via calls or emails.
- Technical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Basic knowledge or experience with Salesforce and InContact (CRM) preferred.
- Knowledge in ERP systems such as AS400, Visual, SyteLine, Oracle a plus.
- Communication skills.
- Good English communication skills in oral and written communication.
- Above-average comprehension skills.
- Negotiation skills a plus.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct research.
- Decision-making skills.
- Customer service skills.
