
Achieving Customer Success Through Proactive Relationship Building

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing customer success strategies that drive growth, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for new customers to ensure successful adoption of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their objectives, align expectations, and suggest relevant services and products.
- Work closely with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to develop engagement plans and manage customer portfolios.
- Identify and address potential renewal risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, such as IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong team player with the ability to interact across departments and levels.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in English.
