Customer Success Manager Role Description

\

Are you a skilled and results-driven professional seeking a challenging role in customer success? Do you have experience in outbound sales, account management, and client relationship building?

\

This role focuses on driving post-installation engagement and revenue growth across our operating companies. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing high-net-worth clients, generating service and upgrade opportunities, and selling maintenance contracts to ensure clients continue to experience the value of premium home automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to identify service and upgrade opportunities for existing clients.\
  • Partner with marketing to sell maintenance contracts and maintain client engagement.\
  • Perform post-purchase follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and drive referrals.\
  • Manage and maintain accurate client data in Zoho CRM, ensuring activity tracking and reporting.\
  • Collaborate with local service teams to coordinate follow-ups and deliver a seamless customer experience.\
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.\
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates.\\/ul\

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or outbound sales roles.\
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging high-net-worth clientele.\
  • Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling, or renewals.\
  • Active listening, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities.\
  • Proficient in Zoho CRM or similar systems.\\/ul\
