Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior CPA to lead complex accounting functions, oversee financial reporting and compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive sound business decisions.

  • This is a hands-on role ideal for a CPA who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in problem-solving, and is ready to take ownership of high-level accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations Management: Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
  • Tax Compliance: Lead the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Strategic Financial Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Risk Assessment and Internal Controls Evaluation: Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Team Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications:

  • A valid CPA license is required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
