We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team for the Premier Relationship Officer role.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join HSBC as a Premier Relationship Officer in one of our Branches located in BGC. As a Premier Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial advisory to our high-net-worth clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in the banking industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of Premier banking clients

  • Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions and advice

  • Process transactions and handle complex account enquiries

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services

  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on client activities

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Participate in client events and networking activities to build relationships

What we're looking for

  • Background in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail banking or financial services industry

  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build trust-based relationships

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly

  • Working knowledge of banking products, services and regulations

  • Proficiency in English and Filipino languages

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related fields
