We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Payroll Specialist to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee payments on schedule and with accuracy
  • Issue paychecks and maintain related records
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
  • Generate and deliver payroll-related reports for internal stakeholders
  • Reconcile payroll data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Administer employee benefit payments in alignment with company policies
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks related to payroll operations

Requirements

  • Strong data entry and spreadsheet management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial data
  • Proficiency with Prism software is required
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous payroll processing experience
  • Background in customer service
  • Accounting experience beneficial

Additional Information

Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm CST.
