Job Title:

Compensation Specialist

  • A highly skilled professional is sought to lead technical support and act as a subject matter expert on business operations, process management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily process transactions and develop process and operational improvements to meet client requirements.
  • Apply skills in business operations, process management, and compliance to execute core business processes.
  • Lead technical support and act as a subject matter expert on business operations, process management, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Native or near native Japanese skill, JLPT-2 or above level
  • Intermediate in MS Excel/Word
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills
  • Logical, organized, detailed, with good analytical skill
  • Experience in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Japan Payroll processes
  • Strong Payroll operations experience
