About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to manage our site outreach campaigns.

This involves identifying doctors, building targeted lead lists, and running outreach from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-context outreach campaigns and be able to drive results in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation
  • Research and filter doctors using tools like Google, NPI Registry, Definitive, etc.
  • Use clinical judgment and U.S. standard of care research to identify the right specialists
  • Build targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic
  • QA all lists before launch — ensure quality, specialty match, and targeting precision
  • Create SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach
  • Write and iterate outreach emails that drive replies
  • Manage outreach coordinator(s) — assign work, check quality, and coach improvement
  • Run email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools
  • Triage replies and hand off to the PM or Medical Director for qualification
  • Track outreach performance in Airtable or CRM

Requirements:

  • Experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  • Understanding of how doctors work, including specialties and referrals
  • Able to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients and filter them
  • Systems-driven, with experience building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees
  • Capable of managing junior staff and getting the best out of them
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write persuasive outreach copy
  • Comfortable with Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and lightweight CRMs
