Clinical Outreach Professional

As a Clinical Outreach professional, you will play a critical role in our company's success by owning and executing site outreach campaigns.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing doctor outreach campaigns, researching and filtering doctors using various tools, creating SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach, managing and coaching support teams, and improving execution systems.

This high-trust, high-autonomy role offers the opportunity to drive impact and make a meaningful difference in the healthcare industry.

Required skills and qualifications include experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in using Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and Google Sheets.

What Success Looks Like
  • You have built and launched 3+ clean campaigns without founder input
  • No more errors like wrong specialties or zero-reply campaigns
  • Your lists are 95%+ accurate and quality-controlled before any email goes out
  • Study Startup Manager is delivering under your guidance and not escalating minor issues
  • You have built SOPs that others can follow and started optimizing response rates
