We are in need of a manager for these locations:

Paranaque, Imus, Naga City, Quezon City,  Angeles Pampanga,  Bacolod, Pangasinan, and  Baguio

1. Clinic Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cancer treatment clinic, ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-centered service delivery

Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures aligned with DOH and PhilHealth standards.

Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and compliant with infection control protocols.

2. Staff Supervision & Development

Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of medical and administrative staff including doctors, nurses, medical technologists, and receptionists

Facilitate training, mentoring, and continuous professional development of staff.

Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient patient flow.

3. Patient Experience & Quality Care

Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction, especially for oncology patients requiring sensitive and long-term care

Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and compassionately.

Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

4. Financial & Resource Management

Monitor clinic budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations

Oversee billing processes, including PhilHealth claims, HMO coordination, and private insurance reimbursements.

Manage procurement and inventory of medical supplies, chemotherapy drugs, and equipment.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with Philippine healthcare laws, DOH licensing requirements, and data privacy regulations (RA

Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required

6. Strategic Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to align clinical services with patient needs.

Participate in strategic planning for clinic growth, service expansion, and community outreach.

Build partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, and cancer support organizations.

7. Technology & Systems Oversight

Supervise the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinic management systems.

Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility for clinical and administrative use

8. Marketing & Community Engagement

Promote the clinic's services through marketing initiatives, health fairs, and partnerships with local government units (LGUs).

Represent the clinic in professional networks and cancer care advocacy events.
