About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a systems-minded professional, you will be responsible for designing and executing outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation.

You will research and filter doctors using various tools, including Google, NPI Registry, and Definitive Healthcare. Your clinical judgment and knowledge of U.S. standard of care research will enable you to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing doctor outreach campaigns
  • Researching and filtering doctors using various tools
  • Identifying the right specialists and excluding poor fits
  • Buidling targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic
  • QA all lists before launch - ensuring quality, specialty match, and targeting precision
  • Creating SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach
  • Writing and iterating outreach emails that drive replies
  • Managing outreach coordinators - assigning work, checking quality, and coaching improvement
  • Running email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools
  • Triage replies and hand off to the PM or Medical Director for NDA and qualification
  • Tracking outreach performance in Airtable or CRM
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  • A deep understanding of how doctors actually work - how specialties function, how referrals happen, and how the U.S. system delivers care
  • The ability to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients and how to filter them
  • A systems-driven approach - building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write persuasive outreach copy
  • Comfort with Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and other relevant tools
