
Office Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests and internal teams when taking food and beverage orders. Provide options when taking and serving food and beverage orders.
- Attend to walk-in visitors, clients, contractors and suppliers in a professional manner. Direct them to appropriate parties. Receive deliveries and distribute them accordingly.
- Provide first-level support to routine requests from employees, guests and contractors in a timely manner. Release office supplies to requesting employees and print requested documents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of office facilities, including reception areas. Ensure that office equipment is in good working condition at all times. Report defective printers and other equipment issues.
- Conduct regular inventory checks under supervision. Update inventory systems and raise purchase requests for office supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files on a regular basis. Collect guest feedback and update our inventory systems.
- Coordinate with the administration team and suppliers/contractors to schedule repairs and appointments.
- Support the administration team with any additional tasks assigned.
- College-level education, culinary school or relevant specialized training.
- At least one year of experience as a barista.
- Front desk administration, administrative assistance or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office or other basic office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare coffee, lattes, smoothies and other drinks.
- International work experience is a bonus.
