Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests and internal teams when taking food and beverage orders. Provide options when taking and serving food and beverage orders.
  • Attend to walk-in visitors, clients, contractors and suppliers in a professional manner. Direct them to appropriate parties. Receive deliveries and distribute them accordingly.
  • Provide first-level support to routine requests from employees, guests and contractors in a timely manner. Release office supplies to requesting employees and print requested documents.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of office facilities, including reception areas. Ensure that office equipment is in good working condition at all times. Report defective printers and other equipment issues.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks under supervision. Update inventory systems and raise purchase requests for office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files on a regular basis. Collect guest feedback and update our inventory systems.
  • Coordinate with the administration team and suppliers/contractors to schedule repairs and appointments.
  • Support the administration team with any additional tasks assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College-level education, culinary school or relevant specialized training.
  • At least one year of experience as a barista.
  • Front desk administration, administrative assistance or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office or other basic office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare coffee, lattes, smoothies and other drinks.
  • International work experience is a bonus.
