
Administrative Support Specialist

Job Title:
Administrative Support SpecialistIn this role, you will provide administrative support to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized files and documents.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Take and distribute messages promptly and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate messenger and courier services as needed.
- Receive, sort and verify returned checks, cash vouchers and reports.
- Monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly.
- Prepare outgoing mail for distribution and ensure timely delivery.
- Fax, scan and copy documents as required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from any 4-year course.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or related field is a plus.
- Ability to write clearly and assist with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management and clients.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
