Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
    • Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and polite fashion
    • Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure they are clean and prepared for use
    • Handle daily inquiries via various channels and respond accordingly
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as required
    • Ensure security protocols are followed and visitor details are accurately logged
  • Requirements:
    • Graduate degree in Office Administration or a related field
    • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Professional appearance and attitude
