- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Compute Literate, Excellent Communication Skills, Keen to Details.
- Managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and preparing documents
- Maintaining office supplies, ordering materials, and ensuring a clean and organized
- Providing information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Effectively communicating with staff, clients, and the public, both verbally and in writing
- Scheduling meetings, sending invitations, and preparing agendas
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Identifying and addressing issues, and implementing solutions to improve office efficiency
- Answering phone calls and routing of memorandum
- Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time
- Graduate of any Business related 4-year Course
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
