Responsibilities
  • Managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and preparing documents
  • Maintaining office supplies, ordering materials, and ensuring a clean and organized
  • Providing information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Effectively communicating with staff, clients, and the public, both verbally and in writing
  • Scheduling meetings, sending invitations, and preparing agendas
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Identifying and addressing issues, and implementing solutions to improve office efficiency
  • Answering phone calls and routing of memorandum
  • Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements
  • Graduate of any Business related 4-year Course
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
