About the Role

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, handling incoming calls, receiving guests, and dispatching mail. You will also assist with local transportation and logistics of multinational visitors to our site.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and transfer/connect them to relevant extensions
  • Receive and direct guests, vendors, and applicants in a professional manner
  • Dispatch mail and parcels to the correct recipients
  • Assist with local transportation and logistics of multinational visitors to our site
  • Analyze and generate reports on site-related data and statistics

What We Are Looking For

  • A graduate degree in any field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
