Software Implementation Specialist

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing our revenue cycle technology suite, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in assessment meetings to identify existing workflow processes and develop design documentation using best practice recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode to ensure seamless integration with development and QA teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and provide effective problem-solving skills.
  • Work with large data sets to identify improvement opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to the project team.
  • Support clients utilizing our suite of products post-deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs, gather technical documentation, and work with our Development and QA Teams to ensure accurate programming.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information according to industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability in MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
