Implementation Platform Setup Specialist

The Implementation Operations Specialist will oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process, ensuring successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto the platform. They will work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure timely completion of team projects.
The Specialist will conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with partners and clients. Additionally, they will contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

Must-Haves:
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus
