
Administrative Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage employee onboarding, data entry, and document management.
This role involves processing handover emails, updating company systems, issuing employee documents, and tracking taxi claims. The successful candidate will also generate reports and perform audits to ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing employee onboarding and data entry processes
- Issuing employee documents and tracking taxi claims
- Generating reports and performing audits to maintain data integrity
- Responding to information requests and queries from internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Personnel Logistics Group team to track task readiness and completion
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Proven experience working within a large organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong data management and reporting skills
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
- Qualification in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Microsoft Office Suite accreditation
- Experience using internal and external customer systems
- Fast and accurate typing speed of 65+ words per minute
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High adaptability, customer service focus, and ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
