Role Objective

The Vocus Consumer Transformation office seeks a Project Analyst to support the PMO across various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with compiling and distributing Project Status Reports.
  • Support Project Managers with subcontractor management, including status reports, invoices, timesheets, expenses, and purchase orders.
  • Format and edit project deliverables and maintain documentation templates.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams as directed.
  • Maintain the PPM Tool and project management frameworks.
  • Ensure timely completion of project timesheets.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure project registers are completed.
  • Assist in project closure procedures.
  • Collaborate with Finance to analyze project financials as needed.

Selection CriteriaSkills & Competencies
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Administration/Coordination, preferably in telecommunications, civil construction, utilities, or IT.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of Visio, Project, and Portfolio Management tools is a plus.
  • Experience with PMO implementations and Agile projects is beneficial.
  • Project Management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are a plus.
