Virtual Pre-Sales & Marketing Coordinator

  • Job Type: Full time, Remote
  • Work Schedule: 8AM – 5PM CST, Monday to Friday

This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can create engaging content and maintain brand consistency across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing coordination, virtual assistance, or promotional sourcing, and possess excellent written English skills. Proficiency in AI tools, Canva, monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Sage Web is also required.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and make valuable contributions to our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Use AI tools and research platforms to gather company/client insights including key roles, industry updates, and milestones.
  2. Create high-quality Canva designs for client decks, social media, and sales presentations that follow brand guidelines.
  3. Assist with the production of 2–4 social posts weekly and provide performance analysis and reporting.
  4. Maintain brand consistency in all deliverables including typography, color palettes, and correct file formats.
  5. Oversee project and asset organization via monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Sage Web.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, virtual assistance, or promotional sourcing.
  3. Proficient with AI tools, Canva, monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Sage Web.
  4. Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
  5. Excellent written English skills and attention to detail.
