Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various software applications, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, document management, and research tasks
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and book hotels
  • Conduct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide customer support
  • Prepare reports, statements, and invoices
  • Organize marketing campaigns, track payments, and record expenses
  • Monitor projects, conduct internal communication, and organize company data

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
  • Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
