The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a critical position responsible for identifying high-quality candidates to support our consulting and project-based needs across various industries, including life sciences, healthcare, IT, and federal contracting.

Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job analysis and postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding.\
  • Post jobs across internal portals, job boards, and social media channels.\
  • Source candidates through Boolean searches, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns.\
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.\
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timely experience.\
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale.\
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and Operations team.\
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs.
Requirements\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.\
  • 2-3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings.\
  • Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required.\
  • U.S.-based recruitment experience is required; familiarity with employment classifications is preferred.\
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing.\
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, concise, and persuasive).\
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions.
