Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Professional to facilitate the identification and acquisition of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize Hireflix to screen resumes, cover letters, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Communication: Manage candidate correspondence and updates via email.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with managers and assistants to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the development of SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Requirements:
  • A laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or higher.
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace.
