Job Summary

As a recruitment professional, you will play a key role in our talent acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
  • Ensure timely updates and a positive experience for candidates throughout the process
  • Support the recruitment team in drafting job descriptions and posting roles across platforms
  • Assist in reporting, metrics tracking, and other administrative recruitment tasks
Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or coordination (internships count)
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean searching, job portals)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain candidate records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
