We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our recruitment team as a Coordinator.
This role involves providing exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Schedule interviews with multiple stakeholders while effectively managing calendars and communicating key details.
- Track recruitment activities across the organization and provide consistent feedback to all parties involved.
- Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating interview logistics and managing candidate communication.
- Administering recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidate skills.
- Contacting new employees and facilitating onboarding sessions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct online and phone interviews.
- A stable internet connection for video calls.
- A quiet workspace for effective communication.
While not essential, we would welcome applicants with:
- Strong team working skills.
- Proactive project management abilities.
- Experience in recruiting or human resources.
