About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our recruitment team as a Coordinator.

This role involves providing exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

  • Schedule interviews with multiple stakeholders while effectively managing calendars and communicating key details.
  • Track recruitment activities across the organization and provide consistent feedback to all parties involved.
  • Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating interview logistics and managing candidate communication.
  • Administering recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidate skills.
  • Contacting new employees and facilitating onboarding sessions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct online and phone interviews.
  • A stable internet connection for video calls.
  • A quiet workspace for effective communication.
