Global Service Desk Quality Lead

As a Global Service Desk Quality Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our Service Desk operations globally. This role requires a deep understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or control. You will lead regular quality assurance assessments of service desk ticket resolutions, live calls, and chat interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
You will collaborate with the team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, creating and maintaining quality performance reports and facilitating quality review sessions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in this role.
