Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 12+ months of contact center experience within the last 2 years
  • Languages: Fluency in both French and English required
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems
