Multilingual Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both languages, has excellent listening and interpersonal skills, and is able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
