This role will serve as both the Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and as the primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization. You'll facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments and drive alignment and execution in more traditional operational tracks.


The successful candidate will be responsible for running daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams. They will also own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp, monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time.


They will serve as the liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion. Additionally, they will foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals. They will help coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical ops, customer experience, and operations.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings. They must have excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools
