About the Role
Ropali Motorcycle Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will serve as the President's right hand in leading the company to new heights. The COO will be responsible for overseeing all departments across the organization, ensuring operational excellence, driving growth, and aligning strategic initiatives with the company's vision. This role requires a strong balance of high-level strategy and hands-on operational management to strengthen Ropali's market leadership and overall business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Partner with the President in setting and executing the company's vision, mission, and long-term growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure revenue and operational teams are fully aligned toward business objectives.
- Lead organization-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation.
- Drive corporate governance, compliance, and adherence to industry regulations.
Operational Management
- Oversee all company departments, including Revenue, Registration, Inventory, Procurement, Support Functions, and Administration.
- Develop and implement efficient systems, processes, and policies that strengthen operations and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure timely and compliant vehicle registration, optimized inventory management, and cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Monitor and drive performance through KPIs, ensuring accountability and operational excellence across the organization.
- Champion continuous process improvement and cross-functional collaboration to eliminate inefficiencies and maximize results.
People & Culture
- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability.
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to senior management and department heads.
- Strengthen employee engagement and retention by aligning organizational support with employee and business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, General Manager, or equivalent).
- Strong background in operations, performance management, and strategic planning.
- Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, inventory, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Exceptional business acumen, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive systemic improvements.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pasig City.
