Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives through structured planning and agile execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Develop and execute integrated project plans, including resource forecasting and milestone tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent execution across workstreams.
  • Promote accountability, resolve blockers, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
  • Implement agile best practices, such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to manage iterative delivery and incorporate continuous feedback.
  • Act as the main liaison between project teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths to safeguard delivery timelines.
  • Track and report on project health indicators, including velocity and earned value metrics.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project charters, status reports, and closure reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
