Job Summary:The Chief Finance Admin Officer (CFAO) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial administration of an organization, ensuring effective management of financial systems, policies, and procedures. The CFAO plays a key role in developing financial strategies, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role also involves managing the finance and administration teams and collaborating with other department heads to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required). Certified Public Accountant (CPA).10 years of progressive experience in Financial Management, Compliance and Governance, Strategic Business Support, and Administration and Operations Management. Strong background in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, and budgeting.

Preferably with working experience in FMCG industry, and distribution. Must be willing to work onsite in Paranaque City.
