Job Title: Support Representative

We are seeking a customer-obsessed Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our users have an exceptional experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users by answering their questions coming through various channels
• Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
• Troubleshoot - Login issues, user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using the platform, billing/payment queries
• Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback
• Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems

Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or information technology
• Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
• Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise
• Ability to pivot and keep abreast of changes within a fast-paced tech start-up
