Customer Support Representative Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy customer support agent to provide exceptional experiences for clients via various channels. This position involves responding to inquiries, managing tickets, and staying updated on product features.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional and friendly support to customers through chat, email, or phone
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and ensure fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to deliver consistent customer experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
