Service Desk Professional Role

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.

As a Service Desk Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system. You will process incoming support requests, ensuring accurate administration of service requests, and provide initial diagnosis and attempt to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues using available resources and knowledge base.
  • Request Processing: Process incoming support requests, updating status and assigning tasks as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as software development and quality assurance, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
