Job Title: Corporate Secretary

">Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate secretary to join our team. As a corporate secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in relation to company secretarial matters.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ASIC compliance, including annual reviews and forms 84, 302, 306, change of address, transfer of shares, de-registrations of companies, registration of business names, ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYG registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing corporate registers electronically;
  • Ensuring all current corporate documents have been or will be uploaded electronically;
  • Preparing and lodging ASIC-related documents and applications;
  • Providing assistance with general tax preparation;
  • Attending to bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and bank feeds;
  • Processing weekly/monthly payroll;
  • Preparing financial accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts, and Companies;
  • Reconciling GST liability;
  • Attending to PAYG and Payroll related requirements;
  • Preparing Business Activity Statements and Installment Activity Statements;
  • Attending Superannuation Guarantee lodgements.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience using CAS360 or similar software;
  • Knowledge of ASIC Portal and relevant forms;
  • Experience in registration of Companies, Trusts, business names, ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYG registrations;
  • Proficiency in Xero/MYOB Software's;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
