Customer Experience Expert

As a Care Services Consultant at SAP, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience through expert guidance, timely support, and seamless communication.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new customer or partner projects by facilitating data gathering for implementation projects.
  • Validating and defining expectations and scope of work.
  • Serving as an ongoing point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers in relation to Post-Implementation Services.
  • Escalation management: coordinating and documenting customer escalations.
  • Triage: reviewing and routing client queries and service requests to appropriate teams.
  • Managing project transition processes between Services and Support.
  • Assisting with onboarding activities for new members (training and knowledge transfer).
  • Service Request / Case work, as assigned per training, knowledge, and experience.
  • Customer Project work, as assigned per training, knowledge, and experience.
  • Any other similar task or responsibility as may be reasonably required.
