We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Advocate to join our team at Realbase. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate technical support to our clients.
About the Position- You will work closely with our Customer Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be expected to maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and reactive technical support to customers via email and phone.
- Communicate effectively with end-users, colleagues, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve product issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients and providers.
