About the Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and reactive technical support to customers via email and phone.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, colleagues, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve product issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients and providers.
