Key Growth Initiatives Lead

We are seeking a Key Growth Initiatives Lead to drive strategic expansion initiatives and develop new business prospects in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the German market, experience in the BPO industry, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
