**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone or other communication channels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BPO experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a remote setting with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to operate multiple windows and tabs simultaneously while providing excellent customer service.
