Customer Service Representatives needed for remote work in a fast-paced team. This role offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and a dynamic work environment.

We are seeking motivated candidates to fill the Full-Time position of Intake Specialist. This role is ideal for driven and enthusiastic individuals who share our vision and dedication to serving customers quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to gather relevant information regarding potential claims.
  • Gather details regarding plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage.
  • Enter all details into the case management system and create leads.
  • Assign leads created to account executives.
  • Provide an excellent caller experience to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO environment.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet skills.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Meet the typing requirement of 40 WPM.
  • Strong time management and adaptability.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
