Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, and booking appointments on our client's CRM/scheduling platforms.

You will also be required to take detailed call summary notes, including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details, and transmit them to the client after each call with accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and answer inquiries for clients.
  • Represent clients professionally and follow their standard greeting.
  • Book appointments on clients' CRM/scheduling platforms.
  • Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
  • Transmit call notes to clients after each call with accuracy.
Requirements
  • Technology Requirements:
  • Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps.
  • Computer - Intel i3 processor, 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup power source.

The ideal candidate has BPO experience and is able to multitask in managing answering calls, taking detailed call summary notes, and sending follow-up text messages or emails to clients. You must be confident to communicate directly with clients if necessary to confirm their directions and receive feedback and make adjustments to your work.

Working Conditions

This is a remote work opportunity that requires working 5 days a week, 9 hours per day, with 1 hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The working hours are from 8:00PM - 05:00AM Pacific Time.
