Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This role entails delivering exceptional customer support and resolving routine issues associated with client products or services.

The ideal candidate will guarantee that service provided to customers aligns with predetermined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will clarify customer needs, utilize decision-support tools and resources to offer solutions, and demonstrate empathy while establishing rapport with the customer.

  • Ensure delivery meets KPIs
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and needs
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare accurate work including notating accounts as necessary
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track and document information in call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:
